The Space
The house is arrive at via an impressive private drive which brings you the imposing forecourt of the house. Before you and your guests step through the door, you will know that you're in for a great time at Saham Grove Hall. It is packed with original features, open fires, pool table, a games room and a dining table that sits 20 people.
Surrounded by four acres of beautifully kept gardens and grounds, there is more than enough space to entertain the whole group with garden games and even a spot of tennis. We also have a hot tub to help soak away the stresses of everyday life which is available all year round. If that's not enough, then why not create lasting memories with your friends and family beside our above ground pool? Accompanied with sun loungers and additional seating, the pool area provides the perfect spot for gatherings in the warmer months of April - October.. There is a games room complete will pool table, and two lounges where you can entertain friends, or perhaps get away from it all with a book.
The house backs onto a farmyard, which is a working arable farm. You may experience the sounds of a busy farm at peak times such as Spring and harvest, but this only adds to the countryside experience.

When is the pool open?
The outdoor swimming pools are heated and useable from the 1st April – 1st October. The indoor pools are heated all year round.
Can I bring dogs?
We allow up to a very maximum of two dogs at every property, and ask that these are kept to the ground floor and not allowed on the furniture. We do have a small additional charge per dog.
Do you provide travel cots and high chairs?
We do have travel cots and high chairs at each property, and these can be put out on request. You would need to bring bedding for the travel cots.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 11am.
Can you recommend caterers?
Once you have made a booking with us, we can send you a list of local caterers in the area that you can choose from. Alternatively, you can hire a caterer of your choice that is not on the list.
Do you provide towels?
We provide a bath towel for every bed space, and a hand towel in each of the bathrooms.
Are there logs for the fire?
We leave out a basket of logs, kindling and firelighters throughout the winter.
