Breathtaking house in a beautiful location. Incredibly spacious with different types of living spaces to spend time with friends in the daytime and evening. Highlights are the original fireplaces, large comfortable bedrooms, well resourced kitchen for cooking (including a huge fridge) and beautiful furnishings throughout. The host is also very attentive and communicative, giving advice and tips where needed. A truly special airbnb which I highly recommend.
Abbey House is, hands down, the best place I have stayed in and my group of friends were extremely impressed too! The size, decor, furnishings and amenities at Abbey House set it apart from all other places I have stayed at in the past. Martin was a fantastic host and sent really useful information with plenty of time, and answered my silly questions quickly and fully. I can’t recommend Abbey House enough! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Martin!
What an amazing house for a family get-together The house was warm even in November, but we lit a fire just make it cosy. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Lovely house! We celebrated a big birthday and it was the perfect back drop! The owner sent great instructions and even helped me plan a long country walk. Jane
