On the ground floor, there is a large dining room with enough seating for your entire group. Our large traditional country kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a fantastic meal, including an AGA and separate ovens and hobs. Whether you decide to do it yourself or bring a professional chef, Timberley Farm is ideally equipped for group celebrations.

Leaving the dining room, you will find a cozy drawing room complete with a large wood burner. It is designed with homely comfort in mind. There is a collection of chesterfield sofas and a piano – perfect for after dinner drinks. Down the hall, there is a large family room perfect for getting your group together to watch a film.

Timberley Farm has eleven fantastic bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate loos. All bedding, linen and towels are provided for you to ensure your stay is hassle free. Eight of the bedrooms are located in the main house. There is an accessible bedroom on the ground floor for those who may struggle with stairs. A further three bedrooms are in the Annex which is right next door. The master bedroom boasts a large roof terrace which enjoys some of the best views of the South Downs. There is furniture on the terrace so you can enjoy a cup of tea and watch the sun rise over Amberley Castle.

Across the courtyard, there is a well-equipped games room with a full-size snooker table, table football, darts board, sound system and sofas. It is the ideal setting for your celebrations to continue after dinner. Outside you will find a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and wonderful gardens to explore. The pool is heated from April to October and the hot tub is open all year round. There are fantastic walks to be had right on your doorstep. Walking through the estate and down the river you will eventually end up in the picturesque Bury village. There are many fantastic pubs nearby to enjoy some good food and beverages.
